For jewelry ordered from The Shop:
I offer complimentary, no-questions-asked returns on all jewelry from my online shop.
Our policy has a 30-day limit from the shipping date of your items. So, as long as you return your jewelry within that 30-day grace period, then we will accept your return. The 30-grace period begins as soon as I notify you that your jewelry has shipped and give you the tracking information.
If you want to make a return, simply notify me via email or contact form that you wish to return your jewelry, and I will send you a shipping label.
I recommend shipping with proper tracking and insurance. If I do not receive your return in the mail, I cannot offer you a refund.
Custom-Order Jewelry:
Unless your jewelry arrives damaged or not as discussed, I cannot accept returns on custom-made jewelry.
