Limited Warranty With No Expiration
I stand behind the quality of my jewelry. And I believe in my design philosophy that bezel settings are the best at protecting your gemstones from loss and damage.
If throughout the course of your regular, daily activities, your stone becomes chipped, cracked, damaged, or lost, Jenny Butterfield Designs, LLC will replace your gemstone at the Company’s expense.
This Warranty only applies to the gemstone(s) in the jewelry, but applies to the life of the jewelry.
This warranty does not cover regular wear over the life of the ring such as, but not limited, to dings or scratches in the metal, regular maintenance such as refurbishment or re-plating, or any damage to the metal in the ring, etc.
Custom Design Orders that have any setting type other than a bezel setting are exempt from this warranty.
In cases where the gemstone is damaged by client negligence or extreme circumstances, this warranty is void. Examples of this include but are not limited to wearing your jewelry to lift weights or to rock climb, dropping your jewelry in the garbage disposal, hitting your jewelry with a hammer, running your ring over with a motor vehicle, etc.

ORDER TIMELINE
Our company handcrafts all products within 3-5 weeks.
Oftentimes, orders process faster than that but I can’t guarantee a faster processing time.
All Items Are Made-To-Order
Made-to-order products take 3-5 weeks to be created for you.
Rush Services
If you need your item more quickly than within a 3-5 week timeline, we offer a rush service for the additional fee of $200.00.

The product(s) you receive might vary slightly from the product picture due to the nature of your product(s) being 100% handmade to order.

SHIPPING
Our company ships through the following carriers: USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
ALL ITEMS will be shipped with proper insurance, and ALL ORDERS totaling over $500 will require signature confirmation for delivery.
International Shipping
We happily support and love our international customers.
We ship all International products through UPS or FedEx.
Jenny Butterfield Designs, LLC is not responsible for duty or brokerage fees for international shipping.
These charges come from your country during the importation of your package.
Cost Calculations
We do our best to apply fair shipping costs to each order.
*NATIONAL CLIENTS: we offer FREE shipping to all clients within the continental United States who order over $200 worth of jewelry.
*INTERNATIONAL CLIENTS: We offer flat-rate shipping of $150 to try to be fair to all our customers that includes insurance and signature confirmation fees.
Signature Confirmation
Due to the nature of our products, ALL ORDERS totaling over $500 will require signature confirmation for delivery.
You will be notified when your ring ships so that you know to watch for your delivery.
Timeline
Selecting expedited shipping during checkout does not ensure a faster processing time. Your product may still need 3-5 weeks to be handmade.
Shipping Disclaimer
Jenny Butterfield Designs, LLC is not responsible for any items lost in transit.
If any items are lost in transit, the client will be provided with all the necessary information to make an insurance claim through the shipping carrier. Clients will be responsible for making the insurance claim. Jenny Butterfield Designs, LLC takes no responsibility for the process or outcome of any resulting insurance claims as a result of shipping malfunction.
If items are lost in transit, once any insurance claims have been settled, clients are eligible to purchase the same item that was lost at wholesale price.
RETURNS
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the date your jewelry ships/you received notification of your ring shipment, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Custom Orders are exempt from being returned unless the product arrives defective.
Orders made through the Online Shop that have received customization such as but not limited to engraving, custom/personal stone, etc. may be returned for full refund within the policy timeline as long as you notify and receive permission from us. Please contact us for returns of this nature at jenny@jennybutterfield.com.
Additional non-returnable items:
* Gift cards
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Items not returned in their original packaging that show any sign or wear such as but not limited scratches in the metal, dings in the metal, etc.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are delivered to the customer in a defective or damaged state. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at jenny@jennybutterfield.com and send your item to: Jenny Butterfield Designs, 224 Thompson Street #140 Hendersonville NC 28792.
Rings that arrive in the wrong ring size are not eligible for exchange unless I mailed you the wrong ring size by mistake.
Please be aware that replacement items for exchanges will most likely be subject to the same 3-5 week processing time.
Shipping on Returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Jenny Butterfield Designs, 224 Thompson Street #140 Hendersonville NC 28792
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping fee from Jenny Butterfield Designs, LLC to the customer will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Due to the nature of our products, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. And if Jenny Butterfield Designs does not receive your returned item, a refund cannot be issued
